Bansir Investment Group is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). Personal information submitted through this website is collected solely to respond to your enquiry and is not sold or shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver our services.

Where you submit documents in support of a finance application, those documents are stored on a private server directory that is not publicly accessible, and are shared only with our accredited finance partner, who processes them on our behalf for the purpose of credit and affordability assessment. Supporting documents are not transmitted or stored as email attachments.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information held by us at any time, and to withdraw your consent in writing. To exercise these rights, or for any privacy-related query, email applications@bansir.co.za.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Documents submitted in support of a finance application are deleted within 90 days of a decision unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to retain them.
